Due to the instant-access digital nature of our products, refunds are not available once a file has been downloaded. This is in accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28), which exempts digital content from the standard 14-day cancellation right once download has begun with the consumer's prior consent.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once download has commenced.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased download, please contact us at hello@nuriatelier.com within 30 days of purchase. We will resolve the issue promptly, which may include re-sending your download link or providing a replacement file.
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product and have not yet downloaded the file, please contact us immediately at hello@nuriatelier.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
