Our products are instant digital downloads. Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28), digital content is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once the download has begun with your prior consent.
We offer a refund anyway. If a guide is not useful to you, email hello@nuriatelier.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to explain why. This goodwill guarantee is offered voluntarily and in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once download has commenced.
If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchased download, please contact us at hello@nuriatelier.com within 30 days of purchase. We will resolve the issue promptly, which may include re-sending your download link or providing a replacement file.
If you accidentally purchase the wrong product and have not yet downloaded the file, please contact us immediately at hello@nuriatelier.com. We will do our best to resolve the situation on a case-by-case basis.
